On line Viscometer
INVENTING OFF-ROAD VISCOSITY ANALYSIS
Our on line range of solutions to measure viscosity at reference temperature comes with versatile and flexible options such as an integrated bypass loop for an easy and
immediate set up, or robust structure for outdoor installation — requiring no additional protection. That is why they are reputed to have the lowest TCO on the market.
on a sampling loop
The installation of an on line analyzer on a secondary sampling loop is a crucial step in many industrial processes such as in the Chemical and Oil & Energy industries.
It enables near-real-time monitoring of fluid composition in the main line, ensuring continuous control and precise analysis of critical parameters.
In this installation, the primary sampling loop (fast loop) plays an essential role, enabling rapid sampling from the main line to the on line analyzer and sample conditioning like filtering and temperature control, while the secondary loop provides a circuit well designed for the on line analyzer.
Appropriate integration of these elements guarantees accurate sampling and analysis, ensuring effective monitoring of critical parameters in industrial processes.
In this type of installation and procedure the Sofraser Thermoset analyzers provide dynamic and for kinematic viscosity at reference temperature and this measure is correlated to ASTM D445 standard, providing precise analysis of fluid viscosity.
